so why only 2 cancer patients on this lifesaving being run by one of australias best qigong masters?
thats the way it should be, but today i told the class all of sydney or most might be doing qigong in 10 years like china.

maybe a real positive from immigration.

the stretching and the exercises intense, i fell asleep a few times during the day during the meditations. the course participants are inspirational in many ways, coming from martial arts backgrounds and yoga.

even though i have not done as much qigong exercises as i considered beneficial, what i realised is i have lived a qigong life, a life of peace and healing for 14 months. ironically my enemas and my simultneous meditation has largely kept me peaceful, despite loneliness and uncertainties of life in germany on the move between treatments.

all the hard work has paid off, i got the results today of yesterdays high res contrast chest, abdo, pelvis ct scan. clean a bell, basically backing up the pet from a week ago. the largest lung met is 7.5mm , its grown  a 1mm in 4 months. the scan today will be used for admission to the vaccine clinical trial and assessment of lung surgery on the mets.

to be cance free a wonderful goal, i firmly believe is achievable.

i went to the movies tonight with my best friend, i also got a before movie enema in while cooking dinner for the kids.

so life is pretty wonderful, every breathe with qigong awareness is inhaling love and exhaling gratitude.

having the love of my family may in fact be the best medicine at this point of my recovery, baden baden my wait to next year, if however surgery is no go locally, i will head to germany and do baden baden, vaccine , do vogel etc.
