my survival tip, is when ever i fall of the ketogenic wagon i get back on. I rewatch seyfriend on youtube, i think measuring the blood glucose often is the key, doing it three times today. my dear new friend cooks wonderful asian meals that kicks me out of ketosis. I did not say no to the rice, i forgot how vulnerable i am to glucose rises, ketones down to 0.2, a disaster that i will learn from. as seyfried says the diet is a challenge, but a bloody wonderful challenge.
how focused and strong can I become ? the science of ketogenic is compelling, its greatest challenge the implementation, not found one doctor anywhere really able to support me in it, or drive the biology the way i need it, all doctors have their focus, alas its not keytones.
the key ketogenic challenge is nutrient availability particularly for the immune system.
I get so much support from all my friends, many read the blog, many dream of cure, of health like i do.
We are a small but growing group, the inspiration and support is so appreciated.
I thought of you as I read this.
Said Christopher Robin to Pooh: "You must remember this: You're braver than you believe and stronger than you seem and smarter than you think"

I slept real deep, woke up 9.30am , started this blog. yesterday weight training was good, two lots of sauna and meditation, followed by enemas. I also took a friend to my favourite thai massage for another 2 hours, this all sounds indulgent, this healing lifestyle is working, i am well rested , i am oer jet lag and my immune system is as good as it can be.
asking thomas about toms and rems for cancer and remission

another question that i think will be interesting for everyone
Peter,
I hope you are enjoying Germany, and that Duderstadt isn't too lonely. I enjoy your blog and am happy that you are keeping it up while you are travelling.
What is DrN doing different to your DC vaccine protocol. HE TOOK DOUBLE BLOOD, TO CUT TWO FULL VACCINES TO TARGET LUNGS AND LIVER METS, AND IS CURIOUS ABOUT GCMAF
I am happy to report that I am doing well on the g-maf. I had vitamin C today.
I will be getting my mercury fillings replaced over the next few months. Have you done this? Dr Zoya recommends it.
Have you done any chelation? YEST, EVERYDAY IS CHELATION THERAPY FOR ME, IT STARTED OVER 2 YEARS WHEN I WENT TO THE USA MEDICAL CONFERENCE FROM METAMETRIXM I HAVE TRIED ALL THE PROTOCOL, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. She recommends this as well. And she likes chlorella for detoxification.ME TO
It is great to have her as my naturopath! I have a good program - the g-maf, Dr Zoya, my CAM doctor, great supplement protocol, and the DC vaccine. It is so nice to be friends with you - we speak the same language!
ZOYA IS LOVELLY, SHE REALLY CARES, YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS
Have you heard of beta glucan? It is fantastic for cancer - it is a polysaccharide and found in mushrooms. The king made from the cell wall of bakers yeast is best. It is popular for cancer treatment in Europe, Japan, China, and I do not know about Australia.
Thank you again, and again for telling me about the g-maf.
I AM ON EVERY MUSHROOM, I SWAP AND CHANGE, TODAY I AM STARTING ON DOCTOR MICHAEL LEE OUT OF TWAINS PRODUCTS, A SOURCE I TRUST. BUT RIESHE, AHCC, CORIOLOUS ( 2Gram BREAK, LUNCH DINNER ) AND OTHERS ARE KEY.
PS. What do Cindy, Dr. N, and Fred think of g-maf? THEY ARE AWARE GCMAF, MAINLY FROM MY SUCCESS AND MY BADGERING, NOT HERE, HALLWANG OR SIEBENHUENER PRESCRIBE, IT WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THAT, THINGS ARE HAPPENING AND I WILL MENTION WHEN APPROPRIATE.
Some wonderful aussie friends made another batch of gcmaf and shared it with me, they stuffed the technique, added colostrum to all of compound one, everyone makes mistakes from my experience except me so far. thats why having redundant starters and or a resupply network close by essential. i am emailing ruggerio.
I am excited about vaccine 8, I have had a few toileting issues since vogel's op last wednesday, its time for me immune system to shine.
All I can do is my best and have faith, i am visiting dr stoppler a 7 hour drive.
so the fulda conference is being translated to english, so i will go

this is interesting, generally any alternative to conventional could produce better results than chemo, B is profiteering on the desperate with respect to preserving immune function.
I will be trying a new drug to repolerise TAMs.
so B is using phenylbutrate, that lowers glutamine from memory, so its just more proof inline with reduced ketogenic diet RKD and seyfried, this could be the baseline for every cancer patient. maybe one day, so few patients are willing to make the commitment! this is understandable.
The RKD not the complete answer but a big part of the puzzle, still struggling with ketosis here, getting my 8 vaccine shot today.
I would not write anything in or out of the colorectal cure window, alas immunotherapy to tumour therapy encompasses all known and unknown substances and energies.
lots of out of the box successes, like tony examples, they all had lack of heavy chemo and a focus of healing.
B is a product of the USA, for better or worse thats the way it is. Greed and money and incompetance, thats the cancer industry to me.
I think us patients can do a far better job, if only we could work together more effectively, what I/we learnt from our dear Ren will never be forgotten.
get manic about CRP and treating all infections, but i digress.
this post shows its still the patient against the establishment, well that how i feel.
excuse the rambling, vaccine 8 today, NED here we go again, I hope...... and the question will this be the long long remission.. ? I think so!
