we did boating today, the sun was great, all the families enjoyed it. we caught a fish, my wife and kids went for a midnight fish and i have that as well for breakfast, a flathead small and fresh.
searching for epican forte as my iherb order arrived to our holiday house today. i am impressed by iherb speed and price and shipping. but before epican forte and collagen therapy recommended in the encyclopedia of medical breakthroughs and forbidden treatments, i wanted to revist my potassium intake. recently i mentioned my 24hour urine indicated this was low when before it was high.
http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/food-sources-of-potassium.php a really really good site. if you have the full rnge of super foods available its easy to see why you can reduce some of your supplement arsenole.
if you search this page most of the key elements of my ketogenic diet are potassium rich, its a good refresher to be aware of how much benefit your super healthy diet is delivering. so a little bit of my super foods delivers so much from spirulina, cacao and yogurt and avocado. seeking good health with nutrition means fighting cancer. same coin different faces.
The human body consists of billions of cells.
New cells are constantly being formed to
permit growth processes and to replace old,
necrotic or damaged cells. These processes
are subject to strict control mechanisms in
which the immune system plays a part.
New somatic cells arise through cell division.
In this process they have to dissolve the
collagen matrix and the connective tissue
surrounding it in order to be able to grow
and expand. For his purpose, cells secrete
special kinds of enzymes that digest
collagen. The secretion of these enzymes
is likewise strictly controlled in our bodies,
so that despite this brief process period the
maintenance and stability of the connective
tissue are not subsequently impaired.
Vitamin C, lysine, green tea extract and other
micronutrients (cellular nutrients) promote
and support the normal functioning of the
cells, the natural stability of the connective
tissue and its protection. In addition, they
contribute to the optimum functioning of the
immune system and promote the formation
of stable connective tissue.
http://bodyhealth.com/map-master-amino-acid-pattern/ so i am on 30 maps a day, most days as my main protien source. note the protien efficiciency of organic raw eggs versus other protiens.
Chemically, from what I can tell, it contains approximately 2g leucine, 1.6g valine, 1.5g isoleucine, 1,4g lysine, 1.3g phenylalanine, .7g methionine, and .4g tryptophan per 10 tabs.
Threonine research is a bit scant. I personally couldn’t find much at all that explained why threonine could assist with exercise performance, but would hazard a guess that it is included in essential amino acid supplements because it is just that: essential. And many of the studies done on EAA’s just basically use all of them, rather than isolating one, like Threonine. For example, and this is a bit interesting for people who are masochistic enough to like working out starved, there is a significant muscle-preserving effect of an EAA + Carbohydrate solution ingested during training in a fasted state, and decreased indicators of muscle damage and inflammation. This basically means that if you popped some essential amino acids, even if you didn’t eat anything, you might not “cannibalize” as much lean muscle during a fasted workout session.

so as a struggling cancer patient i want to preserve my hard earned muscle, even my friends on the final stretch hanging out for a miracle cure , well minimising catabolism is a desirable goal. so i have recommended to so many to exercise with cancer but what was missing was the dietary advise to maximise the gains and minimise the pitfalls.
simply said boosting lean muscle mass, stripping fat, seem reasonable goals for me. so many of the eaa's are mentioned in the immune system.
so back to epican forte
http://www.medicdebate.org/files/A%20vision%20of%20an%20Integrated%20Cancer%20Treatment%20program.pdf this is from my doctor mikael site, he is a legend, i owe him my life. so also in here is some info for charlie with kidney cancer!
i am reviewing the tallberg amino acid theories to see if they fit with epican forte theories by doctor rath. so tallberg is legendary around germany, and many alt cancer doctors, whereas no one has mentioned rath protocols. but his formulations seem to cover many cancer supplement basics.
I also eat a couple of organic eggs lightly poached most days with bacon, my ketogenic treat
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/drinking-raw-eggs/#axzz2q0Jak23I i am interested in maximising the protien availability of eggs quoted at say 48%, the above blog says much higher if cooked ? this does seem to get into the raw food arguments and bioavailability. I just dont want to die from cancer, but i guess all these issues get dragged up in the survival process. especially if you believe food is instrumental in your survival.
Other studies have found that BCAA’s could increase a ton of factors that are really useful for an exercising athlete, like red blood cell count, hemoglobin, hematocrit and serum albumin, and could also lower fasting blood glucose and decrease creatine phophokinase, which means less inflammation, better red blood cell formation, and better formation of storage carbohydrate.
But that ain’t all.
BCAA supplementation after exercise has been shown to cause faster recovery of muscle strength, and even more interestingly, the ability to slow down muscle breakdown even during intense training and “overreaching” (getting very close to overtraining). Just Google the branched chain amino acid studies by Sugita and Kraemer for more on that (yes, shocker, this is a blog post, and not a peer reviewed scientific journal report with full citations, because if it was the latter, you’d be asleep by now – so if you’re a science nazi, then go get busy on Google scholar).

so again, many potential benefits for cancer patients re red blood cells and oxygenation!
so I have updated my daily supplement regime with llproline, llyisine, chromium, colostrum, apresflex and boswelia ( i run out )
I could not find the detailed info about epican forte i wanted, so i will go with exisiting vit c 1g, egcg 1g , and add extra lysine 1g and proline 1g. doing this regime twice daily inaddion to all my other supplements and offlabels and potions.
so even researching dr rath ideas has helped me clarify original motivation for tallberg powders, and map and aspects of ketodiet. all roads today lead to rome, or shoudl i say to eaa's
this type of nutrient based medicine is complex but interesting. I hope it works, then i live longer and maybe able to help.
off diving tomorrow morning with daughter, i hope we see sharks and its good for her.
the kids, the dogs and i say goodbye to our friends and ellie the wife and mother and hello to adventure. where we end up, god knows! but it will be fun. heading north diving and snorkelling with kids and dogs.
next stop south west rocks or wooli and the magnificent solitary islands marine reserve.
I am blessed to have such wonderful friends and this life to live.
I will dream of sharks, today was such a warm and wonderful sunny day.
so much vitamin D, my immune system is working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
of course i had my goliec iv gcmaf and same again tomorrow.
