Is one of the worlds most experienced hipec experts, I am very grateful for his group doing my surgical workup. He is ok for preop tace and dc but no removab. The biggest hipec issue is spleenecomy, which to me is conraindicted dc vaccines. Note no sign of new spleen met anymore.
