Why goto hot yoga when you can make one your bathroom it is kind of ironic getting very hot in a sauna i mean the bathroom where the heating works well and freezing in my loft it's just like the standard hot and then cold therapy of the health bringing sauna

I wish to god I've been more convincing them a lot of my friends on the cancer survivors network would not be dead I think they're all dead now god bless them I told him about the Yogurt so many years ago I tell everyone about the Yogurt even the stupid scientist don't listen that the big conferences and I'm standing right in front of them I could shove it down their throat so they still wouldn't understand and now we have a study and we only lost millions and millions of people because they couldn't be bothered understanding listening but that's life not myproblem not my responsibility but I was right and my judgement is bloody amazing and it's the only reason I'm alive and I thank God every second for my magnificent mind and intuition .

I've just made it back to home in rheine

What's really exciting I got myself a fantastic sound speakers kind of Bluetooth and the music's been blaring in the apartment cause I've got it to myself
I got some headphones for my wonderful Yamaha piano keyboard and I've started playing and singing and asking my nephew time to teach me when she offered about a year ago but I'm really really keen because I've got access to this amazing grand piano on the weekends
It's a Steinway and one of my friends was playing on it so beautifully and I was resting my head on it I could feel the music really going to my soul and a few tears run down my cheek and dropped onto the grand piano

Today is possibly the happiest day of my life each day just gets better and better and Y latest dream is to join on John David's pilgrimage to India in January and bring my kids along as I dream of sharing the beauty of yoga and the philosophy with them and of course my wife is welcome as well but this is just a dream but with me often dreams come true
I'm also done my cancer markers today so tomorrow's result will be very important but I Got 5 days of therapy booked this week and all weekend back at open sky
So I'm freezing in my magnificent big Penthouse I'm in my sleeping bag my blue blanket and my doona and I've got a little beanie on pajama top long pants and I'm just warming up alas I don't think the heating works in my loft but why it's so cheap but at least I'm living like my favourite Saint Charbel
In a strange way I've been a month and some respect the last 4 years but no longer
So even if I die of cold I did not die of cancer
And seriously the drive is about 2 hours from open sky to my home and I had the music blaring and it was fantastic I was singing my favourite seventies rock and roll with Fleetwood Mac the Eagles and all the famous bands from that era
I know I've got the most amazing cancer therapies we know I can help people with Geelong Yoga spirituality lots and lots of things but I have much work to do many projects the most recent been some really advanced buyer market technology I'm getting from American company
