Chocolate is life!

I only have about 30 of these very small and tasty swiss chocolates left, can you see the little square piece. It's the thought that counts, not the size of the chocolate. It reminds me of a time along time ago, well before cancer when I was 55Kg heavier I gave my sister 10 blocks ( of every type of chocolate ) as a present. My old unhealthy habits, versus the new life style. I look back at the lessons of life and smile to myself.

I have been leaving them from hosts of the places I have been staying at airbnb, it's one way to get good reviews.

These tempting delights, are safe. I have my 90% dark chocolate for a square which is my evening dessert treat.  Did I tell the story of going to the Swiss chocolate factory with a wonderful friend, well we attended chocolate school. I sent some valentines day and wedding anniversary presents chocolates to my wonderful wife and some special handmade chocolate treats to the kids. I found last night they loved them. I just heard in my rare contact with home, which I wish was more frequent. I am grateful for what communication I get from family and friends back home. I am so glad I visited the chocolate factory. Yes, I feel out of ketosis that day for sure and really enjoyed the very best of swiss chocolates.

Maybe really excellent swiss chocolate is good medicine, it was for my soul anyway, especially in the giving.

But back into ketosis well yesterday was 5.1 ketone bodies and glucose 3.8 which by far the best ratio I have achieved.

One last comment about small gestures of kindness, well, I visited a wonderful friend who lives in the beautiful town of Speyer, we had a lovely dinner and talked about life and medicine and the soul. She is a very gifted doctor. When I went to sleep in the guest room, I had a welcome surprise in my bed, a hot water bottle, it was still warm in the morning. I did about 30 minute meditation before breakfast, holding that hot water bottle, feeling its persistent warmth and contemplated the warmth of the human heart. I am blessed to have so many caring friends, and one distant and difficult and lovely wife. For breakfast I shared the GCMAF yogurt, not many guests come with a life giving yogurt. My friend had some. See the bravo probiotic site mentioned yesterday and althrough the blog as maf 314 the original name. I found out today its not legal for doctor to make the yogurt as its so high in good bacteria its considered a medical product. So only informed patients can have access to these healing super foods, alas. What a system we have that inhibits health, while trying to protect it.

Alas this illness takes its toll on family and friends in many ways, thats why finding my cure will be so much fun! Oh and for immunotherapy students, i have been listening to the complement system, again and again.

https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/12274105 I am not sure if this is publicly available, but it's my profile on airbnb. It's been cheaper than hotels and so far so good, saving every cent counts in the long run. I am looking at share accomodation.
Clean shaven and professional. Again this blog is typed from Dr Siebenhueners office, with the constant pressures of my finances, his generosity at this time in particular I really appreciate. I again asked my wife about selling some of our properties and she said no. I explained that I have applied for a 12 month visa and I God I hope its approved, to be able to work here and earn money and get established while trying to save my life is really important. Todays tumour markers were steady, which I will discuss in a different blog.
