This could be the end of the line, I thought of all the death, illness and suicides around me, in my family and friends that is my life.
But i choose life and i have hope, but i really had to look for her. The constant nature of all my challenges is an incredible gift.
Then today my god wakes me automatically at 4.45am for precious prayer and meditation, before my alarm goes off. So no disturbing the other men in a dormitory, no others are going to prayers.
I sat the 2 hours, my legs compliant, my heart willing, my mind finding stillness in the blackness of my mind. Deep peace and a joyful bird singing to the sun as it rises, as i breathe.
In its way the birds prayer the same as mine, thank you god for this life we share, all creatures, all man.
I am breathing, completely aware of my breathe I let go of the tumour growth and my uncertain future and was content to relish the present.
Breathe awareness is such a good tonic for the worries that haunt me, if you follow the blog you know them.
I am joyful again, doing the therapies I have access to.
I am at the ashram, I love yoga vidya, its energy real to me, love pervades its hallways and grounds. Here i have peace and space.
I am off to walk in the summer sun, the best medicine, followed closely by my docs.

I think we will gonna do the following next week (as nobody else does normally):
run some days of anti - inflammatory therapy: MET with some DMSO, Curcumin (450mg i.v./d, at least 2x)
check your immune system concerning cytokines, macrophages and T - Regs…
do a gut - test, I want to know what your clostridia's are doing ;-)

The domestic disaster of the old home i let go.
I am fighting for my life and noone in sutherland council will help me.
The old landlord wants more money.
So i find hope in my breathe, the sunrise, the bird song, my doctors and the love of friends and family.
My darkness has passed, and in its place the light of hope.
