I rested all morning but somehow got the energy to shower and get to the praxis for treatment. It's a glamorous life is it not.

I have been in reasonable pain and suffering and hence no updates.

As I'm half way down stairs Anna comes home. She says can I help she takes a bag and blankets to the lounge where the angel is. Anna is another angel she is married to Peter with lung cancer. They are kind Germans. Besides her smile .it's her kindness. They gave me b17 bitter apricot kernels. I put my treasured gift to my heart and said thanks. Admist the suffering joy. I'm unaware of the pain.
Now I've been a bit jealous of my new friend Peter and I've wondered about my wife. My most beautiful ellie. I pray for her happiness. As I said often before that she loves and cares for the kids so well gives me great peace.
So Walking difficult. I took lift today stairs impossible.
All movement for that matter. Driving a bit tricky. But after I get into the seat it's okay.
