blog from yesterday so yesterday  i had NDV and oncothermia.

I felt fever and tired, flu like signs of NDV. this is a good omen

i had a quick chat with fred about treg and i have gone onto 500mg xeloda before tomorrows vaccine.
i have faith in my doctors being world class scientists, i suspect i am now unique in some ways as i can discuss my ideas. most off the time i hear experimental and then the word yes.

its clear what i am achieving is different to other patients as I am requesting interventions to improve clinically defined therapy roadblocks ie cancer growth.

all my research will payoff, i just have to live.

the farmhouse is magic, my hosts did a bell ringing bowl meditation thingy, which was healing and peaceful. I gave them some swiss chocolates.

getting some sleep, tomorrow is a big day, i did my bloods today.
the cancer markers will be interesting to say the least, but to early to tell.
will the 7 oncothermia and the tace and the goleic and the bravo probiotic yogurt be enough to reverse my escalating tumour growth. ?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrjLVLOhBSQ#aid=P-MiefQDU68 i am really enjoying these lectures on the immune system and the renal system. i think informed educated patients may do better, at least we can annoy our doctors which improves my quality of life.

my walk through the village and hills at sunset was relaxing and my neighbour explained the estate i am living in was owned by the leader of the forest a few hundred years ago. a very famous man. history is all around me, the ruins yesterday, i wonder if i can be apart of history. that would be nice.

have you ever noticed how every clinic and patient believes what they know or do is the best. i may have given that appearance, but lets just say I am grateful for the care i get. the truth noone really knows it all, and those that pretend to i find amusing. so maybe i amuse myself.

i have a smart watch, it was science fiction only 20 years ago, now its reality. the science fiction comment re my therapies really made me feel proud

i am reminded of marcos advice, dont loose weight on the ketogenic diet, which is the same advice as asir kopic from hallwang 18 months earlier. i owe my life to sooo many great doctors, all helping with there unique clinical pearls.

i note the wisdom of the fulda map recommendations regarding plasma levels of free amino acids, the taking 5 maps now. i spent yesterday studying renal function and its implication for cancer management multifacited from alkailinity to cachecia. its the nephrons and gfr

http://www.translational-medicine.com/content/11/1/16 vaccine delivery tuesday afternoon, thinking of starting 2 days of xeloda ? high dose as its the only oral chemo i have access to. i wished i had the chance to discuss these plans with doc nesslehut, but its the weekend.

http://www.translational-medicine.com/content/11/1/16/figure/F1?highres=y from the study its clear the %treg pre and post chemo are the key to the survivors. now i at last have the basis to understand the berlin immune profiles in the areas that really count. i will see doctor nesslehut monday.

from the study, this of particular interest to the breast cancer girls, i love you all.

Abnormal T regulatory cells (Tregs: FOXP3+, CTLA-4+), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs: monocytic, granulocytic) and polarised T helper cell profiles (Th1, Th2, Th17) in women with large and locally advanced breast cancers undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and surgery: failure of abolition of abnormal treg profile with treatment and correlation of treg levels with pathological response to NAC

This study has comprehensively defined the relationship between systemic regulatory cells (Tregs, MDSCs) and LLABC and the prediction of chemoresistance to NAC. The study has also shown convincingly the inability of NAC and surgery to restore the blood Tregs level to that seen in healthy females. These findings suggest the possibility of residual occult metastatic disease and the need for implementing novel therapeutic strategies to restore this persistent dysfunctional immune state and assessing the possible clinical benefits of such therapeutic interventions[30,33,34].

whats interesting in the study is all the metrics for assessing treg plasma etc etc and how blood treg levels relate to survival

the chart from the study means the current berlin results for vaccine due
