The interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

Sorry in advance, still more problems with Ginger grammar, see how wonderful life is, so many challenges. The key to my success is to embrace any and all challenges joyful whether they are small like the gingers problems, or large like the impotence side effect or even cancer itself for that matter.

I need this blog to be successful to get funds for life saving vaccinations and to highlight to the world these therapies are far superior to the "standard of care". I could have said "standard of murder", but I did not. I am trying to professional today. But in the light of publshed research, my results and our health systems snail pace change, well millions are dieing everyday, but the paper presented in detail today goes along way to explaining my results and indeed has given me some ideas for adding back a dash of folfox chemotherapy which I will propose to the team.

Its the Synergy of like minded, desperate, educated, absolutely fierless cancer patients and of course the Immunotherapy University. The university is just my dream, a concept that each of us patients to some extent tries to understand the mess we are in and how to get are ass out of cancers very sharp teeth. Intimate knowledge of the wonder of our immune system I think will make all the difference to whether I live or die, and I suspect your fate as well. Of course faith is the key, but when I ask for God's help to heal myself of cancer, I ask him to direct the NK cells today. Next week when the CRP has peaked I ask him to help me kill the Tregulatory cells. When you have knowledge, can ask God for specifics, this style is working for me, I commend it to you for your consideration. I believe in life we get results when we focus, so focused learning, focused prayers and focused actions. I think focus is absolutely essential to survival and full healing.

You could simply google "youtubemobeen immunotherapy lecture", the first hit Watch this, its Tumour Immunity, its the start of the healing journey.    If you are not convinced thats fine, thanks for reading, if you are convinced, well start studying and get educated. The light of hope was just switched on by education.

Maybe the best cancer treatment is a focused brain whose entire mission is survival, maybe then we can tap the healing power within us. This is what I am attempting each and every day of my life. Of course all these days are a joyous bonus. My use by date was along time ago. Still beating the odds and feeling great.

Watch all the lectures and become far smarter than any of your doctors, learn and be free of conventional medicines shakles. Conventional ignorance enslaves you, alternative science based education sets you free and may save your life. When you are learning to save your own life, well Mobeen material makes complete sense the first and every time he explains it. Learning with passion and living with hope are key parts to my survival. I dont have time to die, I have to completely memorise all of Mobeen Immunotherapy lectures. When I meditate on healing, its more than just a lovely white light, sometimes it is, but I have vivid pictures of Tcells and helper cells and NK cells doing there part in actively saving my life. This visualisation will come very easily only when you have the background detailed knowledge to not only imagine your healing, but I content its possible to manifest it with your own very mind. Of course a good dendritic cell vaccine or some gcmaf does not hurt, if fact they also are essential.

To graduate just watch all of Mobeen lectures and have faith that your immune system can indeed save you, like mine is saving my life, as I type this. That following your oncologist will kill you if you give then unrestrained access to your precious bone marrow. Sorry but as patients we have a choice, do not be uneducated sheep, you will be slaughtered merciliously as surely as night follows day. Your oncologist will not shed a tear at your passing, they by necessity have ran out of tears. Use your brain, trust your judgement and learn. Be a bad, non compliant patient, argue at every visit. Maybe together we can change our health system, its a nice dream. The tide has turned, now the question is will you swim with it or drown like the masses. Be a faster swimmer and live.

Absolutely take control of your life , your health. Its your best chance at survival and demand an immunotherapy based regime, only then will your medical system respond. This is going to be a very very very difficult challenge, it will take time. Its possible none of us will survive, but at least we use our brains, our bodies as real life INVIVO trials. We have to say no to santioned murder, which is "following the standard of care"

And when I say demand, I mean with your clenched fist. If that fails with your boots, kick the door open and leave your oncologists office, tell them to stick the bill somewhere where a few cancer cells are growing. If they don't understand, tell them where the sun don't shine. Tell your oncologist to watch all of Mobeen lectures like you have. How much power do you feel, knowing far more about what will save your life then your supposed expert doctor. Todays oncologist are masters of old medical technology that delivers death, the future belongs to the Immunotherapists. Its about bloody time this occurs in medical offices all around the world. The oncology profession has spent to much time with poison, they have for a large part disregarded integrative health and immune function, they really deserve gaol, but I will be content with a complete about face.

I say save the real RATS, its time for full scale human personalised immunotherapy, exactly like I have been getting, but for a 100, no for 1000, but why not 10000, but then 100000 and then follows a million. So in the colorectal space, that 1000000 dc vaccines per month, 1000000 tace routines per month. Dr Nesslehut and Dr Vogl will be busy teaching the cancer world how to save itself. I hope I am alive to see this. Thats 12,000,000 dendritic cell vaccines per year.

But learning, really understanding is the key. Not the brain washing that cancer charities offer as support. That a little dig at all the big and proud cancer charities that proclaim so much and deliver so little support for the desperate innovators. I count myself in the group.

So my colorectal research is supported by many wonderful and clever people over colonchat. See
colonchat about tcell and erbitux.

My immunotherapy post on colonchat

shaker and friends,
I apologise the bashing the doctors and the scientists, but its my frustration coming out. In the very short term the only patients that will be helped by innovative synergistic routines will be the daring risk takers. If I get into remission again, and stay there, if I can get a study or a trial, maybe this is what I can shoot for at the CIMT immunotherapy conference in Mainz germany. I cannot spell, to be honest I am too busy trying to stay alive, to take time off to publish, who would publish a desperate cancer patient that cannot spell. All I know is how to survive. I research and execute my strategy day by day. Even the research paper about all the colorectal cancers and the immune consequences has refined my treatment ideas of the next few weeks. I have a population of cells that are not responding to tace or immunotherapies and they are about to get electrocuted. We all do our best, I have shared my research and experiences and my feelings and thoughts. Its the only way I stay sane here in my dingy cheap apartment in Frankfurt. I am however sure that the therapies that are working for me, will work for others and the standard of care can rest in peace while we find ways to live with a challenging but not unbeatable illness.

Homework and study for today

Immunological off-target effects of standard treatments in gastrointestinal cancers So read this, I have read it twice, its absolute gold. Lots of gluesin the paper that point to my success, that I will briefly outline below. Maybe some of my CSN friends might publish this for me, with love from Pete. The evidence for all my crazy ideas are based in cutting edge science.

This maybe one of the most important studies I share this year, really read it if your interest in immunotherapies interaction with chemo.

The net has made knowledge accessible to the cancer masses, some of us are wise enough to use it, not fear it. We wield that knowledge like a sword to cut through all obstacles that will impede our healing.

This came in today from Cancer Defeated

Cancer defeated, the Amish cancer treatment The only issue I have with this is the marketing, I have not paid for the report or the clinic, but they mention all the good alternative buzz words in the alteernative and breakthrough universe. The clinic has daily massage, and offers many of the therapies I use here ie b17, dcadmsoetc etc. The only warning is that sometimes these more holistic clinics do not offer therapies that are effective against rapidly growing tumours, that said for most they are a good start, especially if you don't have cancer. Prevention is far easier than treatment, and the 3 weeks and you are cancer free. Well, even when you read the testimonial it said to cure after three years, not three weeks. The point is this style of clinic still cost $1000 USD a day, now you can get Hallwang clinic treatment which I think is better value and more options.Info about the Hallwang Clinic Now I went there and had a complete remission using Removab, which only lasted 3 months. The issue is always about the money, if you have it, and you have a serious cancer problem, well Hallwang is a good start. I have the cancer defeated books, including the anti aging, I am aiming at 150 years.

In my heart, I know the guys who write these reports need to be paid, just like I need to pay my landlord here 30 euros a night for my dingy apartment. I just wished that all cancer treatments were free, that they worked for all patients and that we could reach the end of our days with a smile having lived  joyous and wondrous lives. At least dreams are free.

A warning about German Treatments

But as a balanced warning about German clinic's consider this story. Likely a sad but true story I suspect. Now for me klinik-st-george could offer some specific benefits. This is why I like to share the science of what works and my personal experience both success and failure, but I don't make recommendations about clinics in Germany. The only thing I can say about Robyn is I hope she is resting in peace. I can see exactly how and why these stories happen again and again. Its clear neither health system is perfect. I admired Robyn's courage and will to live. I liked Dr. McIntosh review and I will ask Dr. douwes about this if I ever get to meet him, I wanted a job at there clinic. I have seen late stage 4, be told to go home, they stay and fight regardless, such is the nature of life, its a very personal decision when to stop treatment. I note that klinic saint george's treatments are covered under German public health insurance, maybe one day I will go there as a German. So the medicine offered is accepted, it clearly did not help poor Robyn.

My final thoughts on this, is one day the Clinics and the conventional system will stop fighting each other, like children throwing stones at each other. One day they will co-operate, then we will have synergy. That day my dearest friends will be a great day, it will not unless we the terminal patients demand it.

Surely the best quality of care for any other us is having access to medical services from health providers in the public and private systems. Whatever the country, ok this example compared Australian conventional with German breakthrough/experimental. I see areas for improvement all around, that can only benefit us patients. I have mentioned before no Australian have really followed my treatments in clinical detail except the famous Dr Berry. When my wonderful Australian oncologist and surgeon actually email me and say whats happening ? how are you ?, Please add me to the weekly medical emails. Then I will be impressed by Australia's doctors medical standards. It comes back to enquiring minds and caring about patients. So an amazing miracles happens under there noses and they dont know shit. Enough said, like my friends on CSN, like my aussie doctors, you can lead a horse to water, you cannot make them drink. I will save my energy for the blog, the ashram, my yoga and my friends.

A brief Cimetidine Review for colorectal cancer

Another warning for Colorectals about male sexual dysfunction and cimetidine

This has now turned into a little cimetidine review, start with the report below, post any questions on this page or any helpful links.
http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2007/may2007_report_cimetidine_01.htm A truly exceptional LEF report. An absolute must read, so well explained.
So I take cimetidine, I have for at least 2 years and can attest to the impotent it induces. I plan to continue taking it until cancer free. Its a very personal question, but for me its comes down to shagging and dieing, or abstaining and having a chance to beat metastatic colorectal. I believe cimetidine is an important piece to the puzzle. I say do your homework and fully informed decisions. My oncologist never supported my taking cimetidine, I was relieved when Prof Morris my surgical guru said he wrote papers years before on it potential utility in cancer treatment.

NF-kB overexpression and decreased immunoexpression of AR in the muscular layer is related to structural damages and apoptosis in cimetidine-treated rat vas deferens yes I know another rat paper, you cannot say what I present is not clinically relevant to myself. After all I am THE RAT!

The background in this paper very interesting, and I am contemplating dropping cimetidine for its potential interference with GCMAF, just suspected at this point.

http://csn.cancer.org/node/229310 A discussion about cimetidine with some good references.

So the ability to potentially increase oral 5fu plasma concentrations has implications for the effectiveness of my IPT with xeloda.

Cimetidine Inhibits Cancer Cell Adhesion to Endothelial Cells and Prevents Metastasis by Blocking E-selectin Expression This is relevant for Charlie and Janine. I have read this so long ago, reviewing the benefits are worth it. I will stick 400mg morning and night and live joyfully with impotence alas. You just cannot have your cake and eat it to. Now you know why the wife does not want to visit me in Germany. I would study the discussion very carefully.

I note that Immunobiotech said my box of supplements was rubbish and would kill me, I have it in writing, well each supplement is based on solid science like the discussion below, something that does not exist for new products like Goleic. They said stop cimetidine and keep on trying Goleic, that's stopping something with some clinical evidence and keep on an expensive new product with no evidence and very few positive anecdotes, that completely failed me. This is only my experience, but the clinics advice in some respects was life saving and in others deadly. At least I thank god that I am smart enough to know the difference. However on balance I still would go to the GCMAF clinic despite its many failings and their simplistic and naive approach to cancer treatment as an enhanced immune response is desirable. You should be ethical and honest, and not over sell your product.

The fact the "GCMAF clinic" never even cared to look at my supplement list says it all for the quality of care. At least there is plenty of room for improvement. I am the worlds biggest fan of super probiotic yogurts and GCMAF.

DISCUSSION

The clinical benefit of cimetidine for the prolonged survival of cancer patients has been established previously (1–9) . In this study, we investigated the effects of cimetidine using an in vitro cell culture system and an in vivo nude mice cancer metastasis model. These experiments clearly demonstrated that cimetidine effectively blocked HT-29 adhesion to HUVECs by preventing E-selectin induction and the trans-portal liver metastasis of HT-29 cells in nude mice.
E-selectin is considered to play a primary role in initiating the adhesion of cancer cells to vascular endothelial cells through its interaction with its specific ligand sialyl Lewis antigens
Cimetidine preserves non-specific immune function after colonic resection for cancer I had to include this study as my surgeon is one of the authors all those years ago.
I say whatever you do, just keep it up. The dosage of the drug that is, alas ifyour a guy with colorectal like me, its the only thing will be up. I hope you get the humour, I am trying to make the blog be funny. Cimetidine is that good its worth the risks and sacrifices.

Cimetidine reduces of cellular immunity after transcatheter arterial embolization in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. I will definitely remember my cimetidine before my next Tace

I included this because again I have Tace and here is another proposed synergy, every aspect of my remarkable survival is based on solid science. The four years of study have been worth it.

Cancer decisions and Ralph Moss now I am pretty sure the reports really good, and so are the referrals. My heart just breaks for the cancer masses who cannot afford the report, oh they have to die. Same old story, no money and you die and you stuck with government sanctioned standard of care, thats guaranteed to reduce public health costs. Ever wondered why they dont recommend cimetidine after even glancing at these studies. At least my messy blog is for free, and I bet you the advice in my blog is at least as good if not better. Anyone got the report please email to me.

I asked them for one on compassionate grounds, lets see

Dear Cancerdecisions,
I am out of money and living in an ashram in Germany, my metastatic colorectal has almost gone and I wanted to read your report, but I have to keep my remaining treatments to pay Dr Nesslhut, I would like a chat if you are interested in the current state of the art immunotherapies, feel free to read my blog, its for free for the poor and desperate.

kind regards,
Peter Trayhurn

I think the truth is unpalatable but the health system cannot afford longer term survivors like me. Sorry but to me the conspiracy theories are gaining weight day by day. When I get cancer free I will become a really troublemaker for my government, whatever government that will be, the status quo has to change. For colorectals it starts with the cheapest drug in existence. Do you see the irony, at say $1 per day for cimetidine, well the increased survival on the standard of care, say folfox and avastin. Well every fortnight thats an extra $4000 the government pays and the drug companies are laughing all the way to the bank.

I have decided the blog will always be free and that god is real and that their is real hope for humanity

Today someone has offered me something very useful thats worth 6000 euro that could very well save my life. I cannot give any details, but I acknowledge that act of kindness and my sincere appreciation. At the same time another person in Cyprus also refunded a bodged up accomodation transaction that they could have easily profited from. Both of these examples prove that humanity has hope as long as those of us with principles standup for those principles. For me that means helping the cancer masses who are being exploited in the worst possible ways by heartless health systems and governments without souls. I have not even started really fund raising yet officially, I have to do the page and workout how it works. Todays blog has been uplifting, I never realised however clever I was and what excellent suggestions I had from my CSN friends over all those years ago.

Have faith friends, not everyone is trying to screw the last cent out of the dieing, although if you look on the net you could get that impression. I think my little network of contributing survivors offers more value than a these special reports, up to the minute real life examples of success against the odds is all that counts when you are hanging on to life by your finger nails. alas you have to put up with the spelling and grammar, but noone said surviving metastatic cancer was easy, if you believe that then give them a try, if after afew weeks you want to put in real effort well start reading and join the survivors club.

I see acts of honesty, courage and kindness every day, I like to point them out here, just in case any of my friends need a little lift, some days with cancer can be challenging, I freely admit that. On those days your special cancer friends are essential, I am so blessed. If you believe in God keep up the prayers, even if you dont believe keep it up as God is listening regardless. Look up at the heavens and smile, he is up there and inside us as well.

I will continue to test the generosity of the planet as I go and live for free in the ashram and meditate and do yoga every day and prove beyond reasonable doubt that lifestyle medicine is essential to beating an aggressive metastatic illness. I cannot wait to get there, but first this week at Dr Siebenhuener's clinic with IPT.
