I am feeling great, the week long yoga retreat was life changing. I AM SORE BUT VERY JOYFUL.
No idea about cancer markers.
Drove all night from Melbourne to sydney.
A good long hospital visit with mum, she is going home today, she is well, she is doing the ketogenic diet at last. The lung cancer pain is a great teacher. I did not suggest it was her idea which of course I helped alot providing mct and map.
its a start, i pray not to late. Cancer is a bitch.
They are so unaware of the ketogenic diet at relay, cakes for cancer survivors. fed the cancer, thats our curse, its always been ignorance.
It is what it is, i am trying to talk to cancer council, will they listen? Will relay listen? I offer my success and failures, thats all I can do. I share and leave it at that.
I have my challenges and i extend them to relay and the cancer council. So 1% of funds raised goes to the American Cancer Society who banned me from CSN, at least I can relay, I love it. LAP after LAP. The wife kids and I slept in our camper next to the track, it was great. Maybe next year the 24 hours walking.

300 survivors walking one direction and 2000 carers and supporters walking the other direction. We all touch hands once, THAT ALOT OF TOUCHS , ALOT OF LOVE AND KINDNESS. I really felt it.
Its time for a change downunder, but I struggle with the enormity of the task. I will focus on my survival.
The relay for life and the cancer council does a great job helping conventional patients, but for non conventional well our fate is in our own hands and those who support us.

too many lives are lost in the cancer battle due to ignorance and greed. Thats the way it is.
I remembered all my friends who died , most on the bag with sand and candles. Many from csn, sydney, germany. I just felt enough bag, their were so many bags, they almost filled the track.
I dont want to be a relay rememberance bag just yet. I have dreams and things to do!
But I accept Gods will.
I dreamed of Australias best scientist, Julian Barden addressing the relay wrap up dinner,sharing the science P2x7 thats saving my life, but noone cares.
Changing the big world is a challenge, as always i must start with my life.
