I want to thankyou for your ongoing care.
I just wanted to let you know that my tumour markers have continued to fall.
They did rise CEA 6 to 12 and then back to 6. The rise attributed to removab and dendtritic cell therapy from doctor kopic and nesslehut.
I had an appointment for 10am 2april, I hope its been cancelled, as I have no manifest disease we are trying to manage my illness with immunotherapies.
I am having p53 apoptosis inducers done at hallwang.
In a few days I will have gamma delta cell therapy from dr nesslehut.
I am feeling well and gaining in health each day.
I am very gateful for your effective interventions. Some plans are to have another session towards mid may, but I am guided by my doctors advice and clinical indications closer to the time.

So i got up at 7am, I had good keytones blood 0.7 and 3.7 lowest glucose, so the diet is working.
Gizzy the hyperthermia nurse was fantastic, my heart was stable and my temperature peaked at 39.4 over two hours in the tent and 30 minutes in the bath before that. during HT caroline he counsellor came in and gave me a face massage, that really helped. some good music and no conversation, i was just relaxing the entire time, alot of meditation. i could have pushed higher, but I thought enough is enough.

Cindy my german naturopath emailed today with some issues. I have plenty of health issues to focus on. My reduced CEA still fantastic, the issues in this report, match the inflamation indicated by the inceased cancer markers. I wonder if this is important ? I am so glad to have cindy following up my holistic heath and leaving hallwang to focus on the cancer.

I talked the Dr Kopic today, we are planning the next 3 month strategy, tomorrow i get 2 of 3 aptosis inducer. He is mpressed with my new low blood sugar reading 3.7, I will be patient with the ketogenic diet, and day by day get better at it. No point rushing or getting stressed over a diet, mind you it is critical to my health.

I did an 90euro shop at the local organic store, a quiet weekend at home cooking and reading and the  gym.
Lean muscle mass burns 50 kj where fat burns 4 kjoules. My weight training and aerobic fitness is paying off i suspect. I also had plenty of fluids early AM and extra magnesium.

I had a physiomassgae at the clinic straight after hyperthermia, I fell asleep, and maneula left me asleep for another hour. I needed the rest after HT. Then I had infusions and ozone and more sleep.

As a reward I had a relaxinf swim and an hours oil massage at 5pm. Then an evening of research. The kitchen is really trying to help me on  my diet.
