This is based on all my knowledge and experience, I will gently stimulate my immune system, and I hope have a massive response. This is the worlds best treatment for metastatic cancer using the latest immunotherapies. Yes this is my plan to save my life, and I will see doctors comments.
Dear Doctors,
Can you confirm delivery of services and times on dates specified. This a very intensive schedule but doable, and blends the best mix of therapies over the shortest period.
I look forward to my visit to duderstadt and my vaccine on 17 dec, the petfect xmass present.
On 8th dec 6am I do chlorin E6 dr siebenhuener, then 8am tace 1 to spleen prof vogl, then 1pm ipt/spdt session 1 at dr siebenhuener, oncothermia. Area to be targetted based petct and vogl mri.
On 9th redo ipt/spdt, drive duderstadt afternoon.
I arrive 9am 10th dec for blood draw and serology, and hypothermia, and ndv and freds infusions if possible.
I leave for munich planegg that afternoon.
On 11-12th I do ozone and infusions and met therapy for treg cells planegg with dr schilling. As well as goleic.
On 13th and 14th low dose chemo xeloda ipt at weekend clinic, either dr herzog or st george. With goleic nebulizer.
On 15th and 16th back to frankfurt, dr siebenhuener, for ozone, oncothermia, infusions, restorative, supportive infusions. Then drive to duderstadt ready for dc vaccine next day, likely il2 as well and whatever dr nesslehut suggests.
On 17th dc vaccine delivery and return frankfurt.
On 18th 6am I do chlorin E6 dr siebenhuener, then 8am tace no 2 to spleen or as indicated by prof vogl, then 1pm ipt/spdt no 2a dr siebenhuener, oncothermia.
On 19th ipt/spdt no2b , oncothermia.
4pm fly home and rest and stay german time zone.
Goal to see clinical effectiveness of therapeutically dense treatments aimed at maximum immune response. Now sometimes less is more, and at others more is more.
This is a draft, the tace and dc vaccine locked in, confirmed.
The other therapies tentative, suggested. Ok I know this might appear crazy, but I want to try this, to push immune response to the limit over 12 days and go home and do goleic, xeloda low dose maintenance.

I can manage the driving and scheduling and this mixes the best german therapies as intensely as ever been attempted I suspect.
