So many kind friends, some new and some old say i am an inspiration. Well I hope that they realise that they inspire me just as much as I do them.
Everyday I am meeting couragous cancer patients, yesterday it was Charlie and the day before Samantha.
Today from the UK its Rona and David.
From Australia its Sonya, see her fund raiser below. This stunner with heart is fighting to the last dime. I am giving her the gcmaf yogurt today, she and her friend are keen.
I actually have a little pray list in my head, its crazy how easy it is to remember all these people fighting for health, struggling to save their lives with such challenges before them. lucky all these wonderful people are the bravest people I know.
We have no guarantees ( i am more aware how tenous my remission is in the context of my friends struggles ), just a dream of being well and an icecream and a drink. that my dream, the others have their dreams. I pray we reach them. For some its just to be pain free.
But this sounds a bit morbid, so I will just say life is a grand adventure, this struggle just a part ( of course we can say screw this illness ) , but to all my dearest friends, all I can say is "we have today and hope" for me thats enough.
A little faith goes along way, my God is listening, I hope yours is too. If he is listening then I hope you are praying. The simlest and quickest prayer is simply " thankyou for this life" even the illness, its our life , our gift.
I wonder if all my couragous friends on this grand healing adventure, well I wonder sometimes if their friends and families know how inspirational they are.
Don't worry if i did or didnt name you. If we have met in life, in cyber space you are in my heart and I remember you all in my prayers. Like yesterday at the cathedral in Strassbourg. Which is just so beautiful, like all my friends.
I have to do my enema now and do some blood tests. today is a rest day.
Oh I hope the hot potatoe idea works, lets pass the inspiration around, just like love. I dont won't to hold on to a hot potatoe for too long, besides burning my hands, ( i am on a ketogenic diet )
I got the bio coconut oil in an organic shop in strasbourg. Keith loves eating coconut oil, as i do. Mel and El are getting used to it. I note I still have high sugar and the daily exercise I have missed since the family arrived has proved this. morning glucose was 6.2, when my lowest with exercise is 3.7 .
I will keep struggling with ketosis, a nobel experiment. imagine if its proven to be beneficial.
hugs.
